Everybody can relax, I found the car!

A technical and artistic take on the Ghostbusters Ecto-1! I created this drawing of the side elevation of the iconic car featured in this classic 80s movie. My research was painstaking (ha!): rewatching the movie, reading books by fellow Ghostbusters fans, reading blogs, and watching Ecto-1 restoration videos helped me to develop my original notation on this drawing. You will find references to iconic quotes about the car from the movie throughout the drawing. This car is the first version of the Ectomobile, Ecto-1.

My original notation and descriptions reflect how an architect or engineer may technically describe the vehicle for renovation or creation. The white ink on blue paper is reminiscent of the traditional vintage blueprint style. This sophisticated drawing will age with your home, while you stay true to your passion for this eighties movie. Or, the 'Ghostbusters' fan in your life may appreciate this unique and sophisticated piece of art! I hope this drawing brings you as much joy as watching the movie brings me.
